Hydroxide is a diatomic anion with chemical formula OH-  

It consists of  an oxygen and hydrogen atom held together by a covalent bond and carrries a negative electric charge.

  1.ಪರಿಸರ ಎಂದರೇನು? ನಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು, ಜೀವಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಕೃತಿಕ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಪರಿಸರ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. 2. ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಎಂದರೇನು? ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜೈವಿಕ (ಸಜೀವ) ಮತ್ತು ಅಜೈವಿಕ (ನಿಷ್ಕ್ರಿಯ) ಘಟಕಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳ ಒಂದು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೇ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ. 3. ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಷ್ಟು ವಿಧಗಳಿವೆ? ಅವು ಯಾವುವು? ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ಕೊಡಿ. ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ 2 ವಿಧಗಳಾಗಿ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ: 1. ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ: ಉದಾಹರಣೆ:- 1.ಅರಣ್ಯಗಳು  2.ಸರೋವರಗಳು 3.ಕೊಳಗಳು  2. ಕೃತಕ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ: 1.ಉದ್ಯಾನ  2.ಪೈರು ಗದ್ದೆಗಳು  3.ಅಕ್ವೇರಿಯಂ. 4. ಪರಿಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀವಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ಜೀವ ಅಂಶಗಳು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಮತೋಲನವನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆಲವು ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡೋಣ:- 1. ಸಸ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಬೆಳಕು: ಸಸ್ಯಗಳು ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಬೆಳಕನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಆಹಾರ (ಜೀವಸತ್ವ) ತಯಾರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಆಟೋಟ್ರೋಫ್ಸ್‌ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ದ್ಯುತಿ ಸಂಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪೋಟೋಸಿಂಥಿಸಿಸ್‌ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಆಹಾರ ಸಸ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹಾರವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸುವ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳಿಗೆ (ಹರ್ಬಿವೋರ್ಸ್‌) ಎನ್ನುವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಹಾರವಾಗು...
